1. Terms

By accessing this Website, accessible from https://rrexecutivetaxitt.com/ ,you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws.

You agree that the Booking and the Services are at all times subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limitations of this website. R&R has the sole and exclusive authority and responsibility for operating, modifying, terminating, and establishing the terms and conditions applicable to the Booking and the Services.

Caribbean Airlines Limited shall have no liability or responsibility to you for, and has no obligation to notify you of, any action, inaction or decision taken by R&R in connection with the Booking and the Services. You hereby agree not to make any claim against Caribbean Airlines Limited for any action, inaction or decision taken by R&R in connection with the Booking and the Services. Caribbean Airlines Limited shall not be treated as the agent of R&R for any purpose.

If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and trademark law.

 

2. Booking Conditions:

2.1  Bookings:
  1. To make a booking, you must be 18 or older to make a Booking, and any passenger under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  2. When booking transport, you must make sure you choose vehicle that’s suitable (in terms of party size, amount of luggage, accessibility requirements, etc.).
    1. Maximum capacity per SUV is 3 passengers, with a total luggage limit of 3 suitcases plus 2 carry-on bags.
    2. Maximum capacity per Minibus is 6 passengers, with a total luggage limit of 6 suitcases plus 6 carry-on bags.
  3. At the time of booking, the passenger will be required to make payment in full via credit. Once credit card payment transaction is made, proof of payment will show immediately on website checkout page and a receipt of the transaction will also be sent to email on file.
  4. Based on the type of service booked, do note out wait times:
    1. Pick Up To Airport – The assigned driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time.
    2. Pick Up From Airport – The assigned driver will wait for a maximum of 90 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time.

 

2.2  Payment & Charges:
  1. Payment must be made via credit cards
    1. All credit card payments are processed via our secure payment processor.
    2. We happily accept Visa and Mastercard.
  2. Currency: Service prices are quoted in Trinidad & Tobago dollar (TTD) currency and are VAT inclusive.
  3. Additional charges apply if a larger vehicle or child or infant car seat is required.

 

2.3  Cancellations & Refunds:

Customers can cancel at any time before the scheduled pick-up.

  1. Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. The passenger will be charged the full price of the service booked if the service is cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time.
  3. Refunds will be processed via original payment source.

Cancellation requests can be done via 2 methods:

  1. Self-Cancellation Via Email – Once the booking is made, the confirmation email received by the customer also provides a link that allows the customer to cancel booking.
  2. Contacting our Office – Customers can also directly contact the office to notify of cancellation request.

 

2.4  Our Responsibilities – What we will do
  1. We provide the Platform on which Bookings for Executive Taxi Services can made.
  2. Once you’ve made your booking and payment is made, our office will review the necessary details:
    1. your name
    2. phone number
    3. pick-up location and pickup time
    4. then call passenger to confirm /modify pickup times as per recommended guidelines as summarized in Table 1
  3. A confirmation email will be sent providing driver details and contact information 12 hours before scheduled pick up time.

2.5  Left / Lost Belongings

In event that an item is left in the vehicle, passengers are asked to notify the office via telephone or email within a timely manner. The office staff will communicate with driver of vehicle advising him of the issue. Once the item is found, the driver will drop off said items to R&R Transport office and the passenger will then be notified.

 

2.6  Passenger Complaints

If a passenger has a complaint regarding the Service, they may submit it via

All complaints will be forwarded to our HSE consultant for investigation and a report will be submitted to R&R Transport’s management. Our response and any actions taken will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

 

2.7  Passenger Responsibilities – What you will do
  1. You must check the details of your Booking carefully and provide all the information we need to arrange your Booking. This includes:
    1. Your travel requirements
    2. Contact Details
    3. Vehicle requirements
    4. Flight details
  2. You must ensure everyone in your group complies with these Terms which you saw and accepted during the booking process. You acknowledge that if you breach them:
    1. you might have to pay additional charges
    2. your Booking might be cancelled
    3. your driver may refuse to transport you
  3. You must bear in mind that estimated journey times does not take unforeseen traffic conditions into account.
  4. You must make sure all passengers are at the pick-up location on time.
  5. At and around your Pick-up Time, you must have the phone (whose number you entered when you made your Booking) switched on and able to receive calls/texts, in case the driver needs to contact you. We can’t guarantee they’ll be able to reach you through messaging applications such as WhatsApp.
  6. Passenger Conduct: You must make sure passengers behave appropriately. Being abusive or doing anything that might endanger someone is not acceptable.
  7. For any airport pick-up, you must give us your flight details at least 24 hours before your Pick-up Time, so that if your flight is delayed, adjustments to the Pick-up Time can be made.

 

3. Personal Data & Use License

At R&R Transport we value the privacy of our customers. Any information provided by customers for booking a service and to create an Account will only be used to provide them with the desired Services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on R&R Executive Transportation, Inc.’s Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on R&R Executive Transportation Website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  • transferring the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This will let R&R Executive Transport terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or electronic format.

R&R Transport will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance which result from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for, nor do we accept any responsibility for, any loss or damage whatsoever to any person or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person whilst utilizing the Services. Unless caused by our intentional act or gross negligence, we are not liable for, and you agree that we neither accept nor owe any responsibility for, any loss or damage whatsoever to any person or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person or animal whilst using the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates harmless against any such loss or liability, cost, expense, or damages arising from or in relation to your use of the Services. These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Trinidad & Tobago, and any action or other legal process with respect to any matter or thing in connection with these conditions against us, or our affiliates, shall unless otherwise agreed by us, be instituted and carried out only in the appropriate courts of Trinidad & Tobago.

 

5. Revisions and Errata

R&R Executive Transportation will not promise that any of the materials in this Website are accurate, complete, or current.
